Dear all,
It has been two weeks since the last two times when we delegated our
focus to prof Wu. Our prayer meeting will resume this comming Monday at
the same time and at the same place: Jan 16 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the
Pan's residence ---- 421, Karen Avenue, DeKalb, IL 60115 (815-758-8627).
This time, we shall continue to pray for prof Wu and his family. Prof
Wu has gone through the operation and is now under the physical therapy
treatment. He will continue to reside at the Loyola University Hospital
located on the 1st Avenue of Chicago (exit 20 on I290) He might have to
stay for another 2-3 weeks. Let us pray for him and his family to have
an authentic relationship with the Lord.
We must realise that the Salvation of Jesus is not just any religion
which helps to up-lift and comfort the spirit of a person in time of
difficulties, for we truly believe that He is really the Lord of Life,
the Only Answer and the Only Solution to the meanings and problems of
Life. He is the Ultimate Source that we have to turn to when dealing
with the Root Problem of our lives ---- our alienation from God, Who
is our Creator and our Source of Life.
This is the Gospel that we have been trying hard to share with the
non-believing community/friends in DeKalb, an authentic Gospel with
the messages of Sin, Repentance, Committment to the Lordship of Christ
and our New Life in Him.
Once more, if you have certain things that you would like to have our
prayer support, please feel free to let us know and we should remember
you in our prayers, may that become a gate-way to lead you to the Lord.
The Lord bless you and keep you all,
